Nelly, Mark, Elisa, Valentina and us all celebrated Thanksgiving at
our house. On the menu:

Roasted butternut squash and apple soup with brie
Mashed yams topped with pecans and maple syrup
Stuffing – traditional
Two salads: organic greens with apples and champagne dressing; romaine
with cranberries, walnuts, mandarin oranges
apple crisp

Everyone had a great time and dinner was followed by a suitable turkey coma!
