Bas and Ineke’s birthday was all in all, a pretty perfect day! They awoke in the morning to a celebratory phone call from tante Jet. As soon as Bas came downstairs, Ineke squealed, “Happy Birthday Bas!” and threw her arms around him in a bear hug.

Then at school, their classmates sang happy birthday and everyone enjoyed their special cookie treat that the kids took.

Had a lovely dinner with Mark, Elise and Valentina followed by a visit from the Schikk’s for cupcakes and singing. Kids were spoiled, as usual. Thanks everyone for the nice gifts.It was a really special day for them!
