A couple of weeks ago, we were so pleased that Oma Dolphin flew out to Vancouver for a visit AND that we would get to celebrate her birthday with her in person!

It was so nice to have her around and we spent time cooking, shopping and of course, drinking wine! Most of all, it was nice to chat and catch up since it has been since the summer that we’ve seen her.

On the Sunday night, we invited some friends over and celebrate both her birthday and Chris’ birthday. It was a house-full, but on a Sunday night, we didn’t make it too late.

Oma left again on Monday morning, so it was a bit too quick of a visit, as always! But we really appreciated her being here.
