September 1st we hosted our second annual Smoke Out at Point Roberts. The kids and I spent the whole week at the cabin ourselves and it was such fun to be down there. Chris came down in the evenings, but had to commute to Vancouver to get to work. The kids and I had a great time preparing for the party and relaxing on the beach. The weather was amazing the whole week.

The Smoke Out, on Saturday night, was a great chance to visit with friends, eat smoked meat and BBQ sauce and bid adieu to the summer. Everyone had fun, especially the kids!
